Return Policy

Papa John’s has a Quality Guarantee, so if you find yourself unhappy with their pizza, they will deliver a new pizza of equal or lesser value. To claim this, you must have your receipt available, call the restaurant you ordered from within 30 minutes of delivery (make sure no more than 2 slices are eaten), and you will receive another pizza delivered to you. For carry-out orders, this claim must be used in-store and at the same restaurant of purchase.
